I have pigs, chickens, dogs and cats at home, so it's fantastic that at Roxell, I have the opportunity of developing products which are linked to both people and animals. And I get to develop the products I design from start to finish. When I convert one of my hand-drawn sketches to a design on the computer, I see my drawing coming to life and my idea grows into a product which means something, and which is actually marketed. That's wonderful.
When I started at Roxell, it felt a bit like coming home. My team immediately made me feel at ease and I get a lot of support from my colleagues. Not only that, but there's open communication between all the departments, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
